MAR/12/07 - 100 students, all members of SDS NY, occupied an Armed Forces Recruiting Center on Chambers st. for two hours on Monday, March 12. The occupation ended with 20 arrested by the NYPD. The students were jailed overnight and charged with criminal trespass. The action was called by the New School University chapter of Students for a Democratic Society to coincide with the 4th anniversary of the US invasion of Iraq.
